• All appointments will require a 20% booking deposit which will be taken off your total bill.

• Please do not bring more than one (1) accompanying persons to your appointment to avoid over crowding.

• Wigs/Extensions should be purchased atleast 10 business days before your appointment to allow processing time (this does not include ‘ready-to-ship wigs)
